In addition to your funeral service, we would like to invite you to hold your memorial reception in Southminster Hall.  The Southminster Hospitality Group will be pleased to set up the hall, prepare beverages, serve the luncheon and clean up in return for $7/person.

You may choose your own caterer, or we can recommend a caterer for your reception if you wish.  We ask that your caterer delivers the food approximately 2 hours prior to the service to the kitchen door, located off the alley on the west side of the church.  

The food should arrive prepared, ready to be taken to the table.  We have a large cooler for your perishable items.  For a full meal service, additional charges will apply.

Southminster is pleased to provide:

• Coffee, tea, water, and juice – including cream, sugar, and sugar alternative

• Tablecloths and serviettes

• Hall set-up – tables, chairs, dishware, water glasses, cutlery

• Memory display table, if requested

• Clean-up of the hall and kitchen after the reception
