Southminster Men's club

All men of the congregation are regarded as members of the Men’s Club.  We hold bi-monthly Saturday breakfast at 9:00am for friendship and fellowship, with a theme speaker. Our major annual event is hosting Southminster’s Fall Supper in late October.

 In keeping with Southminster’s Affirming commitments, anyone is free to attend Men’s Club gatherings if they feel that is the place they belong.

• Jan 25 - Men's breakfast at 9am
• March 1 -Men's breakfast at 9am
• May 3 - Men's breakfast at 9am 
• Sept 14 – Grilling for the Congregational Picnic at the river-bottom
• Sept 20 - Men’s Breakfast at 9am
• Oct 25 – Fall Supper, hosted by the Men’s Club
• Nov 8 – Men’s Breakfast at 9am
• Dec 6 – Congregational Breakfast at 9am , Men's Club is hosting and inviting the whole congregation.

The goals of Southminster's Men's Club echo the National AOTS (As one that serves) :

· To be an arm of the Church reaching out in Christian Fellowship to all men.

· To deepen the spiritual life of men.

· To encourage and promote effective Christian Service.

· To give encouragement and practical assistance to work among the youth of the church and community.
